MP PPT 2025 Application Form
Candidates must go through the important instructions before filling the MP PPT 2025 application form:
- Application Form for MP PPT 2025 will be made available through online mode.
- Applicants will be able to fill registration form in first week of August 2025.
- Fill application form by providing asked information i.e. applicant’s personal, communicational, academic details etc.
- Before applying for exam, students must make sure to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
- While filling application form, students must upload scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size & format.
- Candidates will be able to submit application form in the fourth week of August 2025.
- Authority will also provide a correction facility in fourth week of August 2025 to edit mistakes in the application form.
- Take printout of MP PPT application form and keep it safe for future references.

- MP PPT application fee will be paid via online mode.
- Applicants will be able to submit fees by using debit card/ credit card and net banking.
- Fees will be non- refundable once paid.

MP PPT 2025 Correction
Authority will provide correction facility for a limited time period to edit mistakes in MP PPT application form. Applicants who will apply through Kiosk, will be able to make changes in application form. Correction window will be opened in fourth week of August 2025.
Applicants are advised to make changes in application form before the application deadline. Candidates will be able to make changes in few details i.e. father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, email ID etc.
MP PPT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must go through the eligibility criteria of MP PPT 2025:
- Nationality: Applicants should be citizen of India to be eligible for exam.
- Qualification: Candidates will be required to pass class 10th from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Candidates must have completed age of 16 years as on 1st January 2025.
- Domicile: Students must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Subject: To be eligible, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
- Marks: One must have scored at least 35% aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
