This admission procedure is organized every year for admission to various Polytechnic Diploma courses in Engineering and Non-Engineering fields. Selection of candidates will be done on merit basis. Selected candidates will be offered admission among various private and PPP (Public Private Partnership Model) Polytechnic Institutes across the Rajasthan state.

Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the detailed instructions related to Rajasthan Polytechnic Application Form 2025 from below:

• Application form of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 will be filled by the candidates via online mode.
• Registration for polytechnic admission will be started in second week of July 2025. 
• Candidates will need to fill application form with asked details i.e. academic qualification, address and other personal details.
• Aspirants must fulfill the eligibility criteria before filing the registration form.
• At the time of filling application form, candidates must upload their photographs and signature in a given format.
• Last date to submit Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 application form will be till fourth week of July 2025.
• All the details filled during registration and form filling must be correct and factual, as no modification after the last date of submission will be considered.
• A hardcopy of filled application form must be kept in safe custody to be used in future correspondence. 

Application Fee:

• Candidates will have to pay an application processing fee via online mode.
• Online modes for payment will be internet banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI etc. 
• An amount of Rs. 300/- is to be submitted as registration fee.
• Fee submitted will be non-refundable in nature.

Documents Required:

Candidates will need to upload scanned copy of listed documents at the time of filling Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Application form:

• Marksheet of 10th/ 12th level examination.
• Character certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Residence certificate
• Category certificate
• Scanned copy of passport size photograph in 50 KB

Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For Diploma in Engineering Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have completed their 10th level or equivalent examination from any Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education.
• Subjects: Students must have passed the 10th level with science and mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: To be eligible for admission, a minimum of 35% marks must be obtained in qualifying level examination.
• Age Limit: There will be no lower or upper age limit specified to be eligible.

For Diploma in Non-Engineering Courses:

• Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for admission.
• Qualification: Applying candidates must complete their 10th level examination from any recognised board.
• Marks: One must have passed qualifying examination with at least 35% marks to apply for admission.

For Engineering Lateral Entry Courses:

• Qualification: Aspirants must have passed Diploma Engineering/ 12th Science Vocational/ Technical or 10 (+2 year ITI) with specialization in relevant fields or 10+2 PCM from a RBSE/CBSE recognised board or its equivalent.
• Subjects: One must have passed 12th grade examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit prescribed for candidates to be eligible for admission.

• Then, press the “Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Registration” link given on the homescreen.
