- Candidates can use debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment gateways to pay the Chitkara University 2025 application fees.
- Applicants submitting the application fee in the offline mode can pay either in Cash or Demand Draft in favor of Chitkara University.
- Also, an application to the university will not be considered complete if the application fees are not paid.

- Appearing: Applicants in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply for MBA.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed their 10+2 OR
10+3 Diploma (any stream with Maths) or equivalent from a recognized board can apply. - Qualifying Marks: Candidates in 12th must have secured aggregate 50% marks.
- Subjects: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
- NATA Scores: Candidates with valid NATA scores are eligible to apply.
- Appearing: Applicants in class 10+2 or equivalent in 2025 are also eligible to apply.
