Applicants must check the important information related to MCBU application form 2025:

• MCBU 2025 application form will be released in March/ April 2025.
• Candidates will be able to do registration through online mode.
• Students should check and fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying for admission.

• Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within prescribed size and format.
• University will not provide any correction window later to rectify mistakes in application form.

MCBU 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below candidates must check out the eligibility criteria of MCBU 2025:

For B.Sc. Course: 

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed class 12th level examination from a recognized board.
• Marks:  Candidates will be required to obtain at least 50% marks in class 12th to be eligible.
• Subject: Students should have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology in qualifying exam.  

For BA Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should qualify Intermediate level examination from a recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks to be eligible for admission.

For B.Ed Course: 

• Qualification: Students will be required to qualify class 12th level examination from a recognized board.
• Marks: To be eligible, applicants must score 50% marks in qualifying exam.

For MBA Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates must be graduated in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Marks: Applicants will be required to score minimum aggregate marks of 50% marks in graduation.
• Scores: Students having a valid score of MAT/ XAT/ CMAT will be able to apply.

MCBU 2025 Admission Procedure 

Candidates shortlisted for admission will need to register for MCBU admission. The university will provide admission on the basis of merit and national level exam scores.

To get admission in university, applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by university. There will be no entrance exam conducted by university to provide admission. The final admission will be provided after document verification process.

MCBU 2025 Result/ Merit List 

The MCBU Merit List 2025 will be published through online mode. It will include the qualifying status of applicants. The common merit list will be prepared by the university which contains the name of candidates selected for further admission rounds. 

Applicants whose names will be mentioned in the merit list will be able to participate in counselling procedure. It will be released by the university for different categories and courses. Merit list will be prepared based on different factors such as category, reservation, number of applications submitted and qualifying scores of students.

MCBU 2025 Counselling 

MCBU Counselling 2025 will be commenced in August/ September 2025. The university will invite students on the basis of their rank scored in exam. It will be organized after the release of the merit list. 

The counselling procedure will contain various steps such as registration, allotment, document verification and reporting. Also, the seats will be allotted based on the rank secured by applicants in merit list. Applicants who have allotted seats must download their admission letter by using their login credentials.
