• IGNOU 2025 registration form will be available in the second week of December 2024.
• Registration form will be released in online mode.
• IGNOU releases application forms twice a year – January & July.
• Application form for B.Ed exam however is released only once a year.
• To start the registration process, candidates need to enter their name, parents’ names, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and other information.
• Candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the required size.
• Last date to submit application form is the last week of December 2024 for the January cycle.
• For July cycle, the application process will be carried out from May to June 2025.

Documents Required For IGNOU 2025 Registration:

Here’s list of documents that are required for the registration of IGNOU:

• Scanned photograph of candidate (under 100 KB)
• Scanned signature of candidate (under 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of relevant educational qualifications (under 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of experience certificate (under 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of category certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates (under 200 KB), etc.

• Application fees for IGNOU depends as per the course. 
• Different courses have different application fee and is non-refundable.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, commerce, social science, or humanities from a recognised institution are eligible to apply.
• Marks: Candidates who have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics and 55% marks, or equivalent qualifications are eligible to apply. Also, Candidates with 50% marks in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, or Humanities are also eligible to apply.
• Marks Relaxation: The relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility will be given to SC/ST/OBC /PWD/EWS candidates. Kashmiri Migrants and War widows will also be given reservation as per University Rules.
• NCTE: Candidates who have completed an NCTE-recognised teacher education program through face-to-face mode or those who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates who have graduated in any stream from a recognized institute or university are eligible to apply.
• Marks: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying exam (45% for reserved categories) to be eligible.
• Appearing: Those who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.
