Here we have provided necessary instructions related to RGPV 2025 Application Form:

• RGPV Application Form 2025 will be filled via online mode only. No other modes will be provided for submission of form.
• The registration form will be accessible by candidates in month of March 2025.
• Fulfilling all the eligibility requirements will be mandatory to be eligible for admission.
• Candidates will have to provide some basic details like name, mobile number & email ID for registration.
• To fill the application form, candidates will need to enter their personal, qualification and other necessary details. 
• All the asked documents like passport size photograph & signature must be uploaded in jpeg/gif format.
• The university will not provide any correction facility after final submission of form, so candidates must take utmost care while filling the form.
• A printout of filled application form must be kept safe by candidates for future usages.

Application Fee: 

• Application fee of RGPV 2025 will be Rs. 120/- for all category candidates.
• Payment of registration fee will be made through online mode only.

RGPV 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech/BE Course:

• Qualification: One must have passed 12th examination from a recognised board.
• Subjects: Passed the qualifying examination with Physics & Mathematics as main subjects along with any one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical subject as third subject. 
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained 45% of combined aggregate marks in 12th level. There will be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST, OBC (NCL) category candidates of Madhya Pradesh .
• Scorecard: Candidates should have valid scores in JEE Main exam to be considered for admission.

For MCA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have completed their graduation degree in a relevant field from a university/institute recognised by AIU or concerned University as equivalent.
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate level to be eligible for admission.
• Marks: One must have secured at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC-NCL category candidates of Madhya Pradesh).

For M.E. Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent examination approved by the AICTE.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must have obtained h at least 55% marks in aggregate in qualifying degree.
• Scores: Admission will be done on the basis of a valid scorecard of GATE entrance exam.

RGPV 2025 Admission Procedure 

The university will organise RGPV Admission Procedure 2025 for those candidates who have successfully registered for admission and submitted the application fee. Admission procedure will be organized in various stages such as registration, fee payment, counselling etc. 

Admission to various courses will be done on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination or national level entrance exam such as JEE Main/ CMAT/ NATA/ GATE exam. Candidates will be offered admission only after completing the counselling and further admission rounds. 

RGPV 2025 Result/ Merit List 

RGPV Merit list 2025 will be released by university through online mode on the website. The university will prepare the merit list on the basis of scores in qualifying exams or entrance exam. The merit list will contain names of candidates shortlisted for admission. 

Only those candidates whose names appear in merit list will be called for further counselling rounds. The merit list will be released in month of May 2025. It will be mandatory for candidates to obtain minimum qualifying marks to get shortlisted in merit list.

RGPV 2025 Cut Off 

Only those candidates who will score a minimum qualifying cut off marks in their qualifying exam or national level entrance exam will be eligible for admission. RGPV Cut Off 2025 will decide the qualifying status of candidates for admission. 

The university will prepare a separate cut off list for various UG/PG courses. There will be numerous factors considered while determining cut off of RGPV 2025 such as number of applicants applying for admission, merit scores, availability of seats etc.

RGPV 2025 Counselling

RGPV Counselling 2025 will be organised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Madhya Paresh. The university will organise a centralized online-off campus counselling procedure for providing admission in various UG, PG & Phd. courses.  

Interested candidates must appear for counselling and further admission rounds. Admission will be purely based on both merit of qualifying examination and entrance exam scores.
