• Awadhesh Pratap Singh University 2025 Application Form will be made available via online mode only.
• Students will be able to fill and submit their application form in first week of June 2025.
• The registration form will be submitted through MP Online Kiosk or using internet through MP Online portal.
• While filling the form, candidates will have to enter their personal, communicational and qualification details.
• Candidates will be required to submit necessary documents such as photograph and signature as per given instructions.
• One must be very careful while filling the application form as no correction facility will be provided later. 
• The registration form must be submitted before the last date i.e fourth week of June 2025 to avoid last minute rush.

Application Fee: 

• Applicants will have to pay the fee through MP Online Kiosk or using internet through MP Online portal. 
• Online payment will be made through credit/debit card or by net banking gateways.
• Registration fee will be Rs. 600/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates.
• Fee submitted by candidates will be non refundable in nature.

APS University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Here, we have provided APS University Eligibility Criteria 2025 for different courses in detail:

For BA Course:

• Qualification: One must have qualified 10+2 level  to be eligible to apply.
• Marks: A minimum of 50% marks must be obtained in qualifying examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for 12th grade in admission year will also be eligible.

For BCA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 level examination or equivalent to be eligible.
• Marks: In the qualifying examination, one must have secured at least 45% of aggregate marks in qualifying exam.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any stream to be eligible to apply.
• Marks: One must have obtain at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying degree..

For M.Com Course:

• Qualification: Applicants who have completed a graduation degree in commerce discipline will be eligible for admission.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination to be considered for admission.

APS University 2025 Admission Procedure 

APS University Admission Procedure 2025 will be organized in various rounds including  registration form, fee payment, merit list, admission list, counselling procedure etc. Only those candidates who will successfully submit the registration form and application fee will be considered for admission.

University will prepare an admission list on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in qualifying examinations. There will be no separate exam conducted to provide admission in UG, PG courses. For MBA programmes, admission will be based on CMAT scores or UG merit.

APS University 2025 Admission List/ Merit List 

Awadhesh Pratap Singh University will prepare an admission list for those candidates who have successfully applied for admission and fulfills the eligibility requirement. Candidates will be able to check their names in APS Merit List/Admission List 2025 in last week of June 2025.

The admission list will be released through online mode on the website. The merit scores of qualifying examination will be considered for preparation of merit list. Applicants whose name appears in merit list will be invited to participate in counselling rounds. 

APS University 2025 Cut Off  

APS University will display a cut off list through online mode on the website. Candidates will be shortlisted in merit list on the basis of minimum cut off marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination. 

There will be several factors considered for determination of APS University Cut Off 2025 such as number of candidates applied for admission, availability of seats in each programme, previous year’s cut off trends, reservations etc.

APS University 2025 Counselling/ Admission

APS University Counselling 2025 will be the last step of admission procedure organised to provide admission to shortlisted candidates. The admission will be offered on the basis of admission list.
