From the year 2018 onwards, UUEE exam has been scrapped. Uttaranchal University is the organising authority of this admission procedure. Admission is also offered through other national entrance exam scores i.e. JEE Main/ CUET/ CAT/ MAT/ NATA etc.

UUEE 2025 Application Form

Go through the general instructions related to filling of UUEE Application Form 2025:

• Application form has been made available from 15th December 2024.
• Applicants are able to fill UUEE 2025 application form via both online as well as offline mode.
• Candidates are advised to meet all the eligibility requirements before applying.
• For offline submission, form have be sent on university’s admission cell through post.
• Provide personal, communication and qualification details while filling the registration form.
• Upload all relevant documents i.e. photograph and signature in the specific format.
• All the particulars filled in form must be correct as no correction facility will be provided later.
• Last date to application form is till 24th April 2025 through CUET UG.
• Candidates must ensure to take a printout of filled form for future correspondence. 

Application Fee:

• Application fee can be submitted via online and offline modes.
• Online transactions can be done via credit card/ debit card/ net banking.
• For offline payment, candidates have to send a demand draft in favour of Uttaranchal University payable at Dehradun.
• Fee is non-refundable once submitted.

UUEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the UUEE Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying for admission:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Marks: Students need to score at least 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) in 12th level.
• Subject: One must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final examination are also eligible for admission.
• Scores: Applicants having valid scorecard of JEE Main/ CUET etc. are given preferences. 

For BCA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed class 12th level examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: One must score a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST category) in qualifying examination.
• Appearing: Students appearing in class 12th in 2025 are also eligible to apply.

For M.Tech:

• Qualification: One must hold a B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Sc./ MCA degree in relevant discipline from any university recognized by UGC/ AIU/ AILTE to be eligible.
• Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ ST category) in graduation level. 
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in their final year are also eligible to apply.

For MBA:

• Qualification: One must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Marks: Applicants have to score at least 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.
• Scores: Students must have a valid scorecard of MAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ XAT etc to apply for admission.

UUEE 2025 Admission Procedure

UUEE Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised based on various factors. Candidates who have successfully submitted their registration form will be shortlisted in merit list as per their marks in qualifying exam/ national level exams. There no exam will be conducted by the university for admission.

Candidates will be offered admission based on their performance in qualifying examinations. For UG courses, admission will be given based on 12th level and JEE Main/ CUET scores. However, admission into PG courses will be offered through graduation & other national/ state level exams scores.

UUEE 2025 Result/ Merit List

As per the candidates marks in qualifying exam and choices of preferences filled, a merit list will be prepared. University will publish UUEE Merit list 2025 for different courses through online mode. 

Merit list will be released separately for all categories in third week of July 2025. Those candidates who have secured a rank in merit list will be called for participation in counselling and other admission procedures. 

UUEE 2025 Cut Off

UUEE Cut Off 2025 will consist of a certain level of marks set by university for selecting eligible candidates for admission. Students will be required to secure equal or above than the qualifying cut off marks in order to get admission in various courses.

University will decide the cut off based on several determinants i.e. number of candidates applying for admission, national level scores, past year cut off trends, seat availability and others.

UUEE 2025 Counselling

UUEE Counselling 2025 will be organised for candidates who have secured rank in merit list. Counseling procedure will be started in fourth week of July 2025. Candidates will be mandatorily required to participate in counselling procedure in person.

Counselling will include various stages i.e. registration, choice filling, seat allotment, fee payment, documents verification etc. Seat allotment will be done on the basis of rank secured and choices of preferences given by candidates. Candidates will have to provide their original documents for verification to confirm seats.

• 10th & 12th Grade marksheets
• Graduation marksheets
• Entrance exam admit card & result
• Transfer certificate
• Income certificate
• Category certificate
• Passport size photographs etc.
