NIMS University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have mentioned the complete eligibility criteria of NIMS University 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Students should have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must secure at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) to be eligible.
• Subject: Candidates must have Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology etc in qualifying exam.

For B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should have qualified class 12th and 10+3 with diploma from any recognised board.
• Scores: Applicants must have a valid score card of NATA and JEE exam.
• Subjects: To be eligible, students should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects in qualifying exam.

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Students must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Marks: To be eligible, one must obtain 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category).
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year will be eligible for admission.

For M.Sc. Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognized by UGC.
• Marks: Applicants will need to score at least 55% marks in aggregate to be eligible.
• Subject: Students should have Mathematics subject in qualifying exam.

NIMS University 2025 Admission Procedure 

The university will organize admission procedure through online mode. The admission will depend on various factors, it will be organized on the basis of entrance exam and merit based. During admission process, candidates will need to select the course and submit the admission fee to confirm the admission.

Students must download the admission letter released by the university for shortlisted students. The admission letter will be made available through online mode. 

NIMS University 2025 Entrance Exam

NIMS University conducts the university level entrance exam to provide admission in various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. For some courses, there will be no entrance exam. For those courses, the university will give admission on the basis of other state/ national level exam and merit list.

The entrance exam will be held through online mode. Qualified candidates will get admission in various courses such as B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, M.Com, MA etc courses. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be eligible for further admission process.

NIMS University 2025 Merit List 

The NIMS University merit list 2025 will be released through online mode. Applicants will be able to check the merit list in the month of June 2025. The authority will not send merit list to the candidates individually, they have to view it from the website.

Students who appeared in exam will be able to check the merit list by using their login credentials such as User ID and Password. The merit list will be prepared by the authority on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in entrance exam.

NIMS University 2025 Cut off  

NIMS University cut off 2025 will be released through online mode. The university will publish the cut off marks after a few days of declaration of result. The cut off list will be different for different category candidates.

Applicants will be able to check the cut off list from the website. It will be a minimum mark that must be secured by candidates to be eligible for further admission procedure. The university will decide the cut off marks on the basis of seat availability, candidates appearing in exam, etc.

NIMS University 2025 Counselling

The NIMS University counselling 2025 will be organized for the shortlisted candidates. Students whose names will be mentioned in the merit list will be able to participate in counselling procedure. Counselling will be organized to allot seats to candidates and document verification process.
