• AUEET Application form 2025 has been made available through online mode only.
• Applicants are able to apply for AUEET 2025 for Engineering courses.
• Before filling the registration form, candidates must ensure to fulfill  all the eligibility criteria as prescribed by university.
• Fill the application form with necessary details like address, education qualifications, personal, communication details etc.
• Upload all the related documents like candidate’s photograph and signature in specified format.
• Fill in correct details in the application form, as no correction facility will be provided later.
• Last date to fill the application form will be till third week of April 2025.
• Candidates must ensure to take printout of filled application form and keep it safe for future references.

Application Fee:

• Payment of AUEET 2025 Application Fee can be made through online mode only.
• Debit card/credit card/net banking is used to pay the online application fee.
• Candidates have to submit Rs. 1000/- (USD 50 for foreign nationals and others) as application fee.
• Application fee deposited by candidates is non-refundable.

How to Apply for AUEET 2025 

To apply for AUEET 2025, candidates must follow the given steps:

• Step-1: Go to the website of AUEET 2025 (link is given above).
• Step-2: Press on “Apply Now” link given on the homepage.
• Step-3: Provide registration details like name, email address, mobile number, select institute and courses applying for, etc.
• Step-4: Verify Email and start filling the application form. 
• Step-5: Fill the application form with personal, educational, address and other details.
• Step-6: Proceed to make payment of application fee using online mode.
• Step-7: Upload all the required details like photograph and signature in prescribed format.
• Step-8: At last, take a printout of filled application form for further usage.

AUEET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following AUEET Eligibility Criteria 2025, before filling the application form: 

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualifications: One must have qualified 10+2 level or its equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• Marks Criteria: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have obtained 50% aggregate marks (45% marks in case of reserved category) to be eligible.
• Subjects: Applicants must have Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject along with one of the chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology/ vocational subjects in qualifying examination.
• Scores: Applying candidates having valid scores in JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ Karnataka CET/ COMEDK are eligible to apply.

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry):

• Qualifications: Candidates must have passed diploma examination in any branch of engineering & technology from a recognised institute.
• Marks Criteria: To be eligible, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories).

AUEET 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates can check the AUEET Exam Pattern 2025 from below:

• Exam Mode: Examination will be conducted via online mode.
• Number of Questions: Candidates will have to solve a total of 100 questions in exam.
• Type of Questions: In the exam, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked.
• Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes will be given to aspirant to solve the question paper.
• Marking Scheme: Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for every correct response.
• Negative Marking: No negative marks will be deducted for wrong answers.

AUEET 2025 Syllabus

AUEET Syllabus 2025 is divided into three subjects – Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. To prepare for exam, candidates must have a better understanding of all topics covered in syllabus. The questions asked in exam will be based on Class 11th and 12th syllabus.

• Physics: Introduction and Measurement, Description of motion in one dimension, Description of motion in two and three-dimension, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy, and Power, Gravitation, Mechanics of Solids and Fluids, Heat and Thermodynamics, Oscillation, Waves etc.
• Chemistry: Basic Concepts and Atomic Structure, States of Matter, Periodic Properties of Elements and Hydrogen, Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium, Solutions, Redox Reactions and Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Hydrocarbons, Organic Reaction Mechanism, Stereochemistry, Environmental Chemistry and Chemistry in everyday life etc.
• Mathematics: Algebra, Vector Algebra, Trigonometry, Probability, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus etc.

AUEET 2025 Admit Card

AUEET Admit Card 2025 will be made available via online mode. Applicants will be able to download their admit card by providing their login credentials like application number/ date of birth. 

The hall ticket will be an important document that candidates must carry on the day of exam along with one ID proof. The admit card of AUEET 2025 will be issued by university in third week of June 2025.

AUEET 2025 Result

AUEET Result 2025 will be announced by university in second week of August 2025 through online mode. Candidates will be able to check their scores from the website by entering  their login ID such as application number/ date of birth.

In the result,  details like candidate’s name, roll number, scores obtained in exam etc will be mentioned. As per the marks obtained in examination, university will invite eligible candidates to participate in counselling process.

AUEET 2025 Cut Off

Only those candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying cut off marks in AUEET 2025 entrance exam will be eligible for admission. AUEET Cut Off 2025 will consist of minimum marks which will decide whether the applicant is eligible for admission or not. 

The university will prepare separate cut off marks for AUEET and national/ state level entrance exam qualified candidates. Various factors will be considered to determine cut off marks such as marks secured in exam, availability of seats, number of applicants appearing for exam etc.

AUEET 2025 Counselling/ Admission

On the basis of marks obtained by candidates in entrance exam, candidates will be called for participation in counselling procedure. To participate in counselling procedure candidates will have to go through various steps i.e., registration, seat allotment, fee payment, document verification etc.

Seat allotted applicants will have to physically report at the allotted center to confirm their seats before final date. To confirm their seats, candidates will need to pay requisite counselling fee and get their original documents  verified during counselling process.
