Following are the tentative dates of Presidency University admission 2025:

Presidency University 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the information related to Presidency University 2025 application form:

• Presidency University Application Form 2025 will be released through online mode. 
• For PUBDET, the registration form will be released in the third week of February 2025 and for PUMDET, it will be made available in the second week of April 2025.
• Candidates must fill the application form by providing required details such as personal, educational, communicational details etc.
• Applicants should also upload the scanned images of required documents within a given size and format. 
• The correction facility will also be provided by the university to edit mistakes in application form.
• Students will be able to submit application form till the third week of March 2025 for PUBDET and first week of May 2025 for PUMDET.
• Take a printout of application form and keep it safe for further reference.

Application Fee: 

• The application fee will be submitted through online mode only.
• General category candidates will need to pay Rs. 500/- and Rs. 250/- for reserved category.
• The method of payment to submit the fee will be Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking.

Presidency University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check out the eligibility criteria of Presidency University admission 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary or any equivalent from a recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants will be required to have “A” level certificate or certificate from International Baccalaureate (IB), Geneva etc, with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/ Biology etc and with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Students appearing in any qualifying examination will be eligible to apply.

For BBA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed class 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Marks: To be eligible, students will be required to obtain at least 50% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam.

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (B.Tech/ B.E) from a recognized university.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% aggregate marks and 45% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to SC/ ST and other reserved category.
• Appearing: Students appearing in any national/ state/ university level examination will be eligible to apply.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants should be graduated from any recognized university. 
• Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate and 45% aggregate marks  for reserved category candidates.
• Appearing: Students appearing in any national/ state level exam will also be eligible for admission.

Presidency University 2025 Admission Procedure 

The university will provide admission on the basis of university level/ national level/ state level exam. To be eligible for admission procedure, applicants will need to score more than cut off marks. 

A separate merit list will be prepared by the university for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Applicants will be required to appear for the personal interview process. To get admission in university, it will be mandatory to qualify the university level entrance exam.

Presidency University 2025 Entrance Exam

Presidency University conducts university entrance exam i.e. Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test (PUBDET) and Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) to provide admission in various UG and PG courses.

The exam will be conducted in the fourth week of July 2025 for both UG courses and PG courses. Candidates will be able to appear in exam through offline mode. Candidates who have registered in exam will be able to appear in entrance exam.

Presidency University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

Presidency University result 2025 will be released separately for both UG and PG courses. Applicants will be able to download their result by using their login credentials such as application number, date of birth etc.

The university will not provide results to the candidates individually through mail or post, applicants will need to download it from the website. The result will contain exam name, total marks, grades, enrollment number and many other details.

Presidency University 2025 Counselling

The Presidency University counselling 2025 will be organized through online mode. The counselling will contain multiple rounds organized in counselling procedure such as filling of application form, fee payment, seat allotment, reporting etc.

The university will organize separate counselling for both entrance exams. It will be compulsory for students to qualify the entrance exam to participate in counselling procedure. Students will required to carry some documents for verification process.
