Chandigarh University 2025 Application Form

Following are the important details related to Chandigarh University Application Form 2025:

• Chandigarh University (CUCET) 2025 Application Form has been made available via online & offline modes.
• The Registration process has been started for CUCET-I and in June 2025 for CUCET-II.
• Applicants are allowed to appear for both phases as per their eligibility.
• Students have to provide their name, email ID, Phone number, address, personal, qualification and course details to complete the registration process.
• Candidates will also be required to upload their passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Applicants must ensure that they have provided correct details while filling the form, as no correction will be possible later.
• Last date to fill application form will be till fourth week of April 2025 for CUCET-I and fourth week of September 2025 for CUCET-II.
• A copy of filled in application form must be retained by candidates for future references. 

Application Fee: 

• Application fee is accepted through both online as well as offline mode.
• For registration, candidates will have to pay Rs. 1000/- as processing fee.
• Applicants have to submit offline fee using Demand Draft.
• Online mode of payment will be credit card, debit card or net banking, UPI, PayTm etc. 
• Under any circumstances, fee will be non-refundable.

Through Online Mode:

• Register by entering basic and communicational details.
• After registration, submit the application fee .
• Fill the personal and qualification details and submit the form.
• Lastly, download and take a printout of filled application form.

Through Offline Mode:

• Pay the required fee to purchase the application form.
• Register and create your profile.
• A SMS or email will be sent on registered ID and number for confirmation.

Chandigarh University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for admission, one must fulfil the mentioned Chandigarh University Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For B.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have qualified 12th examination from any recognized board or university.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST category) in 12th level.
• Subjects: Passed qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects among Chemistry/ Computer science/ Biotechnology/ Biology.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply.

For MBA Courses:

• Qualification: To be eligible, applicants must have completed their graduation from any recognised university/ institute.
• Marks: Applicants must have obtained atleast 50% of aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Students appearing in the final exam will also be eligible to apply.

Chandigarh University 2025 Admission Procedure 

Chandigarh University Admission Procedure 2025 will be conducted in various stages such as, registration, appearing for exam, securing qualifying marks, attending counselling process etc. Those candidates who fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria will have to first register themselves for exam.

After registration, candidates will have to appear for entrance exams and secure minimum qualifying marks. Further those candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be considered for admission procedure.

Chandigarh University 2025 Entrance Exam 

For admission to various UG & PG Courses, Chandigarh University conducts its own entrance exam i.e., CUCET. Chandigarh University Common Entrance Exam (CUCET) is conducted at university level every year in two phases: CUCET-I & CUCET-II. 

To get admission, it will be mandatory for candidates to appear for this exam. It will be conducted through online mode. Question paper will be divided into 3 sections which have to be solved by candidates in 1 hour 45 minutes. The questions asked in entrance exam will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Chandigarh University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

Chandigarh University result 2025 will be declared just after the completion of entrance exam. The university will also release the result separately for both phases through online mode. The scorecard will be released in month of July 2025 for Phase-I and November 2025 for Phase-II. 

Applicants will have to login to website using their roll number and date of birth to check the result. Along with the result, university will also release merit List of shortlisted candidates. Based on merit list, the university will invite selected candidates for counselling rounds.

Chandigarh University 2025 Cut off  

Chandigarh University Cut Off 2025 will be the minimum marks range set by the university for the purpose of admission. To be eligible to get selected for admission, candidates must meet the criteria laid down by the authority. 

The university will prepare final cut off list for admission after the declaration of result. Applicants will have to achieve equal to or more than the minimum cut off marks set by the university in order to be shortlisted for counselling procedure.

Chandigarh University 2025 Counselling

The counselling will be conducted through online mode only soon after the conduct of entrance exam. Chandigarh University Counselling 2025 will include several stages, such as registration for counselling, payment of registration fee and uploading of SOP.

The university will organise counselling procedures for all candidates whose names appear in merit list. It will be mandatory for candidates to appear for counselling procedure as per the prescribed schedule. Seats will be confirmed only after fulfillment of other formalities like document verification and fee submission.
