- Applicants are able to apply either through an online or offline mode from 11th November 2024.
- For applying through offline mode, candidates have to send a hard copy of filled application form at the institute.
- Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
- The registration form can be filled with details like personal, education and address details.
- All required documents must be uploaded in specific format.
- There will be no application correction facility provided to make changes in some details.
- Candidates must fill their application form prior to last date of application submission i.e., 20th December 2024
Application Fee:
- Candidates have to transfer the application fee through online and offline mode.
- Fee is Rs.850/- for PGDM and Rs.60/- for BBA.
- Online transfer of fee can be done using debit card/ credit card/ Net banking / UPI / E-wallets / Payment Gateway.
- For offline payment, applicants have to send DD in favor of ‘Goyal Educational Trust’ payable at Bangalore.
- Registration fee is non-refundable in nature.

For BBA Courses:
- Qualification: One must have passed a 10+2 level examination in any discipline from any recognised board.
- Selection: NRI candidates are also be provided admission on the basis of their prior record, GD and PI round.
- Appearing: Applicants appearing in their 12th level are also eligible to apply.
For PGDM Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline from universities/ institutions recognised by AICTE/ UGC/ AIU.
- Scores: Applicants having valid scores in CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA and State CET test are eligible to apply.
- Marks: One must have passed the qualifying exam with 50% aggregate marks to be able to apply for admission.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for the final year exam in 2025 are also eligible to apply.
GIBS Business School 2025 Selection Procedure
GIBS Selection Procedure 2025 will be organised by the institute for shortlisted candidates. For candidates seeking admission in BBA courses, merit scores of 12th level examination will be considered. The admission in PGDM courses will be offered on the basis of merit & national level exam scores such as CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ XAT, etc.
The selection procedure will start with the submission of application and its shortlisting. Students need to submit their SOPs within 48 hours after submitting their application. Candidates will be scheduled for an Online Personal Interview (OPI) after their SOP shortlisting.
After evaluation based on interview, GIBS Selection Committee will take final decision and communicate the results via email. Complete admission process by submitting the fee and confirm your seat.
GIBS Business School 2025 Result/ Merit List
A merit list will be published by institute through online mode on the website. The institute will release a separate GIBS Business School Merit List 2025 for BBA and PGDM courses. The merit list will consist of names of selected candidates for admission.
On the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance exam, merit scores & GD/ PI rounds, institute will prepare the merit list. Candidates whose names appear in merit list will be eligible to participate in further admission procedure.
