The university conducts university level admission test i.e. SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE). Through this admission procedure, candidates will get admission in various Engineering courses such as Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc.

SRM University 2025 Application Form

The following are the details related to SRM University application form 2025:

• Candidates will be able fill the application form in the third week of October 2024.
• SRM University 2025 application form will be released through online mode.
• Applicants must first fulfill the eligibility criteria of admission before filling the application form.
• Fill the application form by entering required information such as personal, educational details etc.
• Students must also upload the scanned image of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
• Candidates should fill the correct and valid email ID and mobile number, as all the communication will be done through them.
• Applicants must take a printout of application form and keep it safe for future reference.

Application Fee: 

• Students will be able to submit application fees through online mode.
• Method of payment to pay fee will be debit card, credit card, net banking.
• The SRM University 2025 application fee will be Rs. 1200/- for each phase.
• Fees will be non- refundable once paid. 

SRM University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria for B.Tech course at SRM University:

• Nationality: Resident Indian or Non- Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India will be eligible to apply. 
• Age limit: Student’s age should be 16 years and 6 months on the 31st July 2025.
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Marks: To be eligible, students will need to score atleast 60% aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
• Subject: Applicant must have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Information Technology/ Engineering Graphics etc in qualifying exam.

SRM University 2025 Admission Procedure 

The SRM University admission procedure 2025 will be organized for various courses offered at the university. It will contain various steps such as application process, slot booking, choice filling, allotment process, payment of fee, document verification, physical enrollment etc.

Students are advised to satisfy the eligibility criteria and verification of documents. Then a provisional allotment letter will be issued on the basis of preliminary eligibility, GD and interview process.

SRM University 2025 Entrance Exam

The university conducts university level entrance exam to offer admission. To provide admission in B.Tech courses, the university conducts SRMJEEE and for MBA course, SRMJEEM exam is conducted.

For other courses, students will need to qualify other national level entrance exam such as JEE Main, NEET, MAT, CAT etc. The exam will be conducted through online mode. Applicants will get  two hours and thirty minutes to solve the paper. There will be a total 125 Multiple choice questions in exam.

SRM University 2025 Result

SRM University result 2025 will be released separately for Phase I and Phase II. Students will be able to check their result through online mode. To download the result, applicants will need to enter their login credentials such as application number and date of birth.

The result will be published in the form of merit list. The merit list will contain the names of students who have shortlisted for further admission procedure. The university will not send merit list to the candidates individually, it will be published on the website of university.

SRM University 2025 Counselling

The SRM University counselling 2025 will be organized in the fourth week of May 2025. Counselling will be organized in two stages i.e. stage I and stage II for all shortlisted students. Candidates will be able to participate in counselling through online mode.

To appear in counselling students will need to submit the necessary amount of fee. The seats will be allotted to students on the basis of students performance, choices selected and seat availability. Applicants must carry the required documents for the verification procedure.
