Gujarat ITI 2025 Application Form
These are some general instruction which candidates must remember while applying for Gujarat ITI 2025 Application Form:
- Gujarat ITI Application 2025 will be made available in fourth week of May 2025.
- Registration form will be filled by candidates through online mode only.
- Candidates will be considered for admission only after fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
- Provide required details i.e. personal, educational qualification and communication details to fill in application form.
- Candidates must fill all the details correctly in application form as no modification will be done after final submission.

Here are the steps by step procedures to apply for Gujarat ITI 2025:
- Step-1: Visit the website of Gujarat ITI (link will be given above).
- Step-2: Click on “New Registration” button from the homepage.
- Step-3: Provide the required details and generate a login ID.
- Step-4: Login to website and fill out application form with details like personal, educational qualification and communication details.
- Step-5: Upload a scanned image of Photograph and signature in prescribed size and form.
- Step-6: Preview and save the application and proceed to payment option.
- Step-7: Submit the online application fee as prescribed.
- Step-8: After payment of application fee, click on “Submit” button to submit the form.
- Step-9: At last, take a printout of filled application form for future references.
Gujarat ITI 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the mentioned Gujarat ITI Eligibility Criteria 2025:
- Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- Domicile: Candidates must hold a domicile certificate issued by Gujarat authority.
- Minimum age: One must have reached 14 years of age as on 1st August 2025. There is no upper age limit to apply.
- Qualification: Candidates must pass 10th standard examination from a recognised board.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in their qualifying examinations will also be eligible.

Gujarat ITI 2025 Merit List
Gujarat ITI Merit List 2025 will be released by the authority after the completion of application process. Only those candidates who have successfully submitted their application will be able to view the merit list. The tentative rank list will be released along with merit list in fourth week of June 2025 through online mode.
Candidates will be provided the facility to raise objections against merit list, in case of any. After the objections are examined, authority will publish a final merit list. Candidates with their names listed in merit list will be called for participation in counselling process.
Gujarat ITI 2025 Cut Off
Before announcement of merit list, authority will release Gujarat ITI Cut Off 2025 on the website. Candidates applying for admission in Gujarat ITI will have to secure minimum cut off marks in their previous qualifying examination.
Based on the cut off marks candidates will be admitted to various ITI trades followed by counselling rounds. Cut off of Gujarat ITI will be released through online mode on the website.
Gujarat ITI 2025 Counselling
Authority will organise Gujarat ITI Counselling 2025 a few days after the declaration of merit list. Candidates shortlisted in merit list will be eligible to participate in counselling rounds. The authority will organise counselling through online mode in second week of July 2025.
It will be mandatory for candidates to appear for counselling procedure in order to get admission in respective ITI and trades. During counselling process, candidates will need to produce their original documents for verification.

Gujarat ITI 2025 Admission
Admission process of Gujarat ITI 2025 will be conducted in two phases i.e. allotment of seats and verification of documents during the time of reporting. There will be various rounds of seat allotment based on seats left vacant after each round.
Candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit scores, rank obtained in final merit and preferences of institutes and trades selected. After the release of seat allotment, candidates will have to confirm their seats before the last date. Candidates must get their original documents verified at the time of reporting to allotted ITI to confirm their seats.
