AP PGECET 2025 Exam will be conducted in fourth week of May 2025 through Computer Based Mode (CBT). AP PGECET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) is an entrance examination conducted by SRI Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of APSCHE. It is a state level common entrance exam conducted every year to provide admission in PG level Engineering and Pharmacy courses. AP PGECET 2025 Application Form

• The AP PGECET 2025 Application Form will be made available in fourth week of March 2025.
• The application form of AP PGECET 2025 will be accessible by candidates through online mode only.
• Candidates must make sure that they satisfy eligibility norms, before applying for AP PGECET 2025. 
• Fill the application form with necessary details like personal, academic, address and other details.
• Upload documents like a scanned passport size photograph and signature in a specified size and format.
• The deadline for submission of application fee without late fee will be till third week of April 2025.
• The application correction window will be opened by authority in second week of May 2025.

How to Apply for AP PGECET 2025 

To apply for AP PGECET 2025, candidates must follow the given steps:

• Step-1: Go to the AP PGECET website (link will be given above).
• Step-2: Press on “Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment” option from the home screen.
• Step-3: Fill in all mandatory details like, name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, category, etc.
• Step-4:  Select payment option and click on “Verify email and Pay” button.
• Step-5: After successful payment, Click on “Proceed to fill application” and fill details like personal and academic qualification, choose test center preference etc.
• Step-6: Upload a scanned passport size photograph and a signature in jpg/jpeg  format.
• Step-7:Cross-check all details before submitting application form.
• Step-8: After submission, click on modify & confirm/freeze option will appear.
• Step-9: Click on “Confirm” button for final submission and take a print out of filled application form for future correspondence.

AP PGECET 2025 Application Correction

Candidates must fill application form of AP PGECET 2025 carefully and completely. The application correction window will be opened in second week of May 2025. In case of any errors found in application form after submission, candidates will be able to make changes in some specific details only. 

For changes in non-editable details, candidates will have to send a written request to the authority by  providing their payment ID, qualifying exam Hall Ticket number, mobile number, date of birth and SSC Hall Ticket  number.

AP PGECET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the following  AP PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2025 to apply for exam:

• Nationality: Candidates who are Indian Citizens will be eligible.
• Domicile: Applicants must have  domicile of Andhra Pradesh’s and satisfy local/non-local requirements will  be eligible.
• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant field from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
• Marks: A minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) must be obtained in the qualifying examinations.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final semester/ year of qualifying examination will be eligible to apply.
• Score card: Candidates who have valid scores of GATE/ GPAT exam  in the relevant branch will also be eligible to apply.

AP PGECET 2025 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: The AP PGECET 2025 will be held via online Computer Based Mode (CBT).

AP PGECET 2025 Admit Card

Those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form and application fee will be issued an admit card through online mode. Applicants will be able to download their admit card in fourth week of May 2025.

AP PGECET Admit Card will be an important document as it will comprise all the important details like name, Photograph, date and time of exam, exam venue, general instructions for exam day etc. Applicants will be permitted to enter AP PGECET 2025 exam hall only after producing a valid admit card. 

AP PGECET 2025 Answer Key

AP PGECET Answer Key 2025 will be published through online mode. The applicants will be able to download answer key of AP PGECET 2025 exam in fourth week of May 2025. Candidates will get answer key of AP PGECET 2025 in PDF format from the website.

Applicants will be able to calculate their estimated scores with the help of answer key before declaration of result. The candidates will be able to raise their objections against answer key, in case of any discrepancy found in the same. 

AP PGECET 2025 Result

AP PGECET 2025 Result will be announced by authority through online mode. The result will be made available on website of exam conducting authority. Candidates will be able to check their rank card/ result in fourth week of June 2025.

To check the result, candidates will be required to enter their Registration number, PGECET Hall Ticket number. and Date of Birth on website. The AP PGECET Result 2025 will be declared on the basis of final answer key. 

AP PGECET 2025 Cut Off

AP PGECET Cut Off 2025 will be published by the authority through online mode. The authority will release cut off marks in order to shortlisted eligible candidates for counselling and further admission process.

The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP PGECET 2025 will be 25% i.e. 30 marks out of 120. However, in case of SC/ ST candidates, there will be no minimum qualifying marks specified for ranking candidates.

AP PGECET 2025 Counselling

AP PGECET Counselling 2025 will be organized on the basis of candidate’s scores obtained in AP PGECET or GATE/GPAT entrance exam. All exam qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in counselling rounds. 

The authority will organise a separate counselling process for candidates with valid PGECET, GATE, and GPAT scores. It will be organised in month of July/ August 2025 for eligible candidates only. The seat allotted applicants will be required to get all their original documents verified on the day of counselling.
