NID 2024 Cut Off will be released in May/ June 2024. The National Institute of Design is one of the premium institutes in the field of design. NID conducts the entrance exam i.e. Design Aptitude Test (Prelims) and DAT Mains. This entrance exam is conducted to provide admission into various UG and PG courses in the field of design. Students will need to obtain a minimum cut-off marks to get admission in UG and PG courses. Qualified candidates will get admission in three campuses of NID in Bengaluru, Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. NID 2024 Cut Off
The cut-off of NID 2024 will be published through online mode after a declaration of result. The NID DAT will be conducted in two stages – Prelims and Mains. The cut off is a minimum score that must be obtained by candidates in prelims to be eligible for the mains exam. It will be mandatory for candidates to qualify the minimum cut-off marks to be eligible for further admission process.
The authority will publish the separate cut off list for both the exams. The NID 2024 cut off will be published separately for each category. The NID cut off 2024 marks will be prepared on the basis of various factors such as previous year cut-off, difficulty level of exam, number of appeared candidates, marking scheme etc.

NID 2024 Qualifying Marks
Candidates are advised to check the cut-off marks via website. In case if applicants will not score the marks up to the cut-off marks, then they will be disqualified for further admission process.
The qualifying percentile will be 50 for open category, 45 for OBC- NCL and 40 for SC,ST and PwD categories. Students who will successfully qualify the exam with minimum cut-off marks will be called for next stage of admission.
How to Check NID 2024 Cut Off
Candidates must follow the given steps to download NID cut-off 2024:

- The NID cut-off will be displayed on screen.

NID 2024 Result
The result of NID 2024 will be released through online mode. The result will be made available on the website of conducting authority. For B.Des DAT prelim, the result will be released in the third week of May 2024 and for M.Des the result will be declared in the fourth week of February 2024.
To access the NID result, students need to enter their login credentials. The authority will not send result to the candidates individually. Students must keep their result safe until the admission procedure gets over.

NID 2024 Merit List
The merit list will be released in the month of June 2024 for both B.Des and M.Des. On the basis of final merit list, the admission will be provided to the candidates. After the announcement of result, the authority will prepare the merit list.
The merit list will consist of names of selected candidates in both the stages. The authority will release the final merit list category wise through online mode.
NID 2024 Counselling
The NID 2024 counselling will be organized in May 2024. It will be organized through online mode. Only shortlisted candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the candidate’s rank in the merit list.
The result of seat allotment will be made available through online mode. For NID counselling, the authority will invite both prelims and mains qualified students. To confirm the admission in respective campus of NID, candidates will need to submit the counselling fee.
For final admission round, students will need to report to the institution. Students must submit their documents for the verification process. After the verification process, students will get admission at the various campuses of NID.
