Rama University, Kanpur
Rama University previously known as Rama Institute of Engineering and Technology is private, self financed and co-educational university was established in the year 2007 by Rama Knowledge Society, a Trust of Rama Group of Education (An Educational and Health Group of India), which also set up a Rama Institute of Technology in the year 2009. University is approved by UGC.
Campus
The campus of Rama University is situated at Rama City on GT Road near Mandhana railway station, 4 km ahead of IIT Kanpur, and 20 km from Kanpur domestic air port in Kanpur district of UP. Campus is sprawling in 150 acres of land. The campus is well-connected by the road, rail and air route.

The university is equipped with all needed facilities like academic blocks, admin blocks, library containing huge volumes of books, library with all required equipment, canteen, cafeteria, play field, transportation facility, stationary, internet facility, conference hall etc.
