Punjab JET 2024 Registration has been started. Admission procedure is regulated by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh.
It is a state level admission process organised for shortlisting candidates for admission into various diploma courses in the field of Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy, etc. No entrance test is conducted for admission. The admission is provided on the basis of merit scores of qualifying level. Shortlisted candidates can get entry in various Government and Private Diploma Institutes located across the state. Candidates must go through the following instruction for Punjab JET Application Form 2024:
- Punjab JET 2024 Registration for online counselling has been started from 7th June 2024.
- The registration form has been made available through online mode.
- While registering, applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria of Punjab JET 2024.
- Candidates need to fill their personal details, educational and correspondence details etc. in the application form.
- Upload the scanned images of required documents such as photograph, birth certificate, matric marksheet and signature within the specific size and format.
- Applicants should fill the application form carefully as any invalid/ incomplete detail may cause rejection of the application form later.
- Last date to register is till 5th July 2024.
- Candidates are advised to take a hard copy of the application form for future reference.
Documents Required for Punjab JET Registration 2024:
Here are some important documents required for Punjab JET 2024 Registration:
- SSC mark sheet/ passing certificate
- 10th marksheet/ passing certificate
- Passport size photographs
- Signature
- Category certificate

Registration Fee:
- Candidates are able to submit the registration fee through online mode or offline mode.
- Mode of payment is online or offline. Online payment can be done using Debit card, Credit card, Net banking.
- Demand draft is available for offline payment mode to submit the application fee.

Punjab JET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For Diploma in Engineering Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates should have completed class 10th/ SSC from a recognised board.
- Merit: Selection of students will be done based on relative merit of qualifying exam.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for 10th level will also be eligible to apply for admission.
For Diploma in Pharmacy:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 10+2 examination (Science stream) or equivalent from a recognised board.
- Subjects: Students must pass class 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics OR
Any other qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of above exam.

How to Register for Punjab JET 2024
Given below are the steps to register for the Punjab JET 2024:
- Visit the online website (link is given above).
- Click on the ‘Registration’ option.
- Fill the registration form by entering details such as name, DOB, email ID, etc.
- Candidates will receive an OTP on the registered email ID/ mobile number.
- Verify the details by entering OTP.
- Now, the system will generate an application number and password and send it to the verified email ID.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button, and enter the application number and password.
- Press on ‘Go to Application’.
- Fill the application form by entering all the asked details such as personal, academic, communication details etc.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed format and size.
- Recheck the details in the application form and press on the ‘save and finalize’ button.
- Click on the ‘Payment’ option to pay the application fee.
- Download the ‘Registration Confirmation Page’ after submitting the application form.
- Take a print out of the confirmation page for future reference.
