Mahaveer Institute of Science & Technology (MIST) is a private and self-financing institution. It has been started in the year 2001. The MIST was established by the Mahaveer Educational Society. The MIST is affiliated to the JNTUH and approved by the AICTE and accredited by the ISO 9001:2008 certifications.

Campus:

The MIST is located in the heart of the Hyderabad City. The campus is situated in the Vyaspuri at Post Keshav Nagar in Hyderabad district. The campus is 2 km away from the P.V Narsimha Rao Express Way and 4 km from the Charminar.

Programmes:

For the current academic year, the MIST is offering the admission over 1938 seats as the annual intake in all courses. The MIST has more than 182 faculty members from all departments.

Facilities:

The MIST provides all facilities for its students and staff like laboratories, workshops, library, playfield, separate hostel for boys & girls, security arrangements, cafeteria, transportation, medical facility, ambulance, guest room, seminar hall and a central computer centre.

Activities:

The college has formed the ISTE student chapters. The college conducts workshop, industrial visits and project work. The college organizes the sports meet, annual day and technical festival.

Placement:

Since 2001, the campus has been established the Training & Placement Cell. The Cell Functions to invite the industries & experts, organizes the internship & industrial visits and provides the soft skill and trainings to the students.
