Aurangabad college of engineering was established in the year 2010 the college is located in the Aurangabad district of Maharashtra the college is managed by the Chandralop Shikshan Prasarak Mandal trust which was established on February 7, 2001. The trust is involved in educational and social activity for 12 years. The ACE was established in order to provide quality technical education for the deserving students of Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar university and approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi and recognized by Director of technical education (DTE) Maharashtra.

The Aurangabad college of engineering is situated in a very calm and quiet atmosphere, at the outskirts of the city of Aurangabad. The environment is fresh and lonely enabling students to concentrate on their studies. The college is spread in a sprawling campus of 700 acres.
