Amrapali Institute of Technology and Sciences, Haldwani
Amrapali Institute of Technology & Sciences (AITS) was established in the year 1999 by the Modern Academic Society as a private and self-financing institution under the roof of Amrapali Group of Institutes. The AITS is affiliated to the UTU, Dehradun and approved by the AICTE, Ministry of HRD and Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education.
Campus:
The AITS is sited on the Haldwani – Ramnagar Road in Village Lamachaur at Tehsil Haldwani in District Nainital, Uttarakhand. The AITS is situated in the campus of Amrapali Group of Institutes with four more colleges. The campus is 12 km away from the Town Haldwani and 17 km from Nainital City.

Activities:
The campus organizes the seminar and workshop named ‘Impulse’, Abhyodaya’, ‘Sandhaan’ and ‘Avahan’. The campus organizes the extracurricular activities and sports activities.
