KMAT Kerala 2025 Counselling
KMAT Kerala 2025 Counselling/ GD & PI Rounds will be organised for the qualified candidates after the declaration of results & release of cut off. Complete GD & PI interview schedule and process will vary for different institutions.
No centralised counselling will be organised for admission into MBA programme through KMAT Kerala entrance test. Students will have to participate individually at various institutions for admission.
Qualified candidates will be able to make selection of college/ institution during the counselling process. During the counselling process, candidates must carry their all the required document for document verification process.

KMAT Kerala 2025 Counselling Process
The counselling/ interview process of KMAT Kerala 2025 will be held as per the selection criteria of various participating institutions. As per the scores obtained in the written test, candidates will be able to participate in the GD and PI interview rounds. The weightage assigned for the entrance test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview round is 80:10:10.
The KMAT Kerala counselling/ interview process will follow the below process:
Shortlisting of Candidates
Candidate, who will qualify the written test, will be selected for further admission process. Only those candidates will be shortlisted for counselling who will successfully satisfy the cut off criterion. Various institutions will release their cut off separately.
Personal Interview/ Group Discussion
Candidates shortlisted will be able to appear for GD and PI rounds. The complete interview process and schedule will be released on the website. Also, a list will be prepared of the qualified candidates who will be considered eligible for admission.
Seat Allotment
After the GD and PI rounds, candidates will be allocated seats as per their scores obtained in the test, availability of seats in the institution, merit order, etc. Seats will be allotted to the candidates according to their choices selected and locked.
Document Verification
The documents of the selected candidates will be verified by the institution providing admission. Students have to carry original as well as photocopy of the required documents and testimonials.

KMAT Kerala 2025 Cut Off
After the declaration of result, the authority will release the cutoff for the KMAT Kerala. The mode of cutoff will be online. On the authority’s respective website, it will be made available. Those who will not meet the cutoff will not procced with the admission process.
The cut-off will depend on various factors such as the number of participating candidates in the exam, availability of seats, the difficulty level of the exam, and the previous year’s cut-off, etc. It will be mandatory to score at least a minimum cut off or more than cut off to be eligible for further process.
