TISSNET 2025 Result

TISSNET 2025 Result will be published for CAT 2024/ 2025 in third week of December 2024. To qualify TISSNET 2025, it will be necessary for the candidates to qualify the entrance test with minimum cut off marks.

The authority will prepare a merit list of shortlisted candidates and publish it through online mode on the website. The merit list will consist of candidate’s date of birth, name, category, sub-category, region, CAT percentile, rank obtained etc.

The authority will also prepare two separate merit lists i.e, Open Merit List & Category-Wise Merit List for number of seats reserved for each category. Final Selection of the candidates for admission will be done according to the marks scored by the candidate in the interview rounds.

TISSNET 2025 Result Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case of a tie between two or more applicants with their aggregate final scores of TISSNET 2025 exam, following order will be used to rank candidates:

• Performance of applicants in the personal interview will be considered.
• Candidates with more marks in entrance examinations will be considered.
• Candidates with older in age will be considered for admission

TISSNET 2025 Cut Off

TISSNET 2025 Cut Off will be released by the Institute along with the announcement of result. Candidates must score minimum cut off marks prescribed for various categories to qualify the entrance test. The minimum qualifying cut off for general candidates will be 45% and for ST/ SC will be 35%.

The cut off marks will be calculated on the basis of various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, previous years cut off trends, number of test takers etc. Those candidates who get successful in securing the minimum cut off marks in written test will be eligible for PIT & PI Rounds.

TISSNET 2025 PIT and PI Rounds

After qualifying the TISSNET 2025 written test successfully, candidates will be shortlisted for the PIT & PI Rounds. The CAP round will be started in third week of January 2025 through the CAT exam and in month of April/ May 2025 through CUET PG.

In the PI Round, candidates will be provided 2 topics for group discussion. Candidates will have to discuss one topic and come into conclusion. Whereas in PI Round candidates will have to represent themselves before the panel of interviewers and answer some basic questions. Final marks will be allotted to the candidates based on their performance.

TISSNET 2025 Result will be checked through TISS website. Candidates will have to download their scorecard by entering the login credentials. The Scorecard will contain details of the candidate and marks obtained in the entrance exam.
