TISSNET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Below, we have provided complete eligibility criteria of TISSNET 2025 for admission into various Master Degree Programmes. Candidates must check the complete eligibility criterion from the website before applying:
M.A Programmes
M.A (Education):
- Qualifying Exam: Students must have completed a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing in their final year of Bachelor programme will also be able to apply. Those who will be appearing in 3rd year Bachelor’s degree programme must have passed in all subjects from first to fourth semester and those in their 4 years Bachelor’s degree programme must have passed in all subjects from first to sixth semester.
- Admission of the appearing candidates will be on a provisional basis, till the time they submit their final year’s result.
MA Social Work (Disability Studies and Action):
- Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have completed their Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University.
- Special Preference: Candidates having a graduation degree in Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Disability rehabilitation fields will be preferred.
- Appearing Candidates: Students appearing in their last year of Bachelor’s degree will also be eligible to apply. Their admission will be done on a provisional basis till the time they submit their last semester’s result.
- Experience: Applicants who will have at least two years of experience in the social welfare field will be given preference.
MA in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology):
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have completed B.A in Psychology or B.A General from a recognized University.
- Qualifying subjects: Applicants should have done B.A in Psychology or B.A General with minimum three papers in Psychology.
- Students appearing in their last year of Bachelor’s degree program will also apply. Their admission will be done on a provisional basis.
L.L.M Programme
- Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Appearing Candidates: Students appearing in their last year of Bachelor’s degree will also be eligible to apply. Their admission will be done on a provisional basis till the time they submit their last semester’s result.
- Qualifying Marks: In LLB Degree, candidates must have minimum of 50% marks for General and 45% marks for ST/SC candidates.
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates those who will be in their 3 years Bachelor’s degree programme must have passed in all subjects from first to fourth semester. Those who will be appearing their 4 years Bachelor’s degree programme must be passed in all subjects from first to sixth semester.
TISSNET 2025 Application Form
The TISSNET 2025 Application form has been made available via online mode. The Online Application Form has been released on 9th November 2024 through CAT PG. Application Form through CUET PG will be released in the fourth week of December 2024. The last date of submission of application form online will be till the second week of February 2025 for CUET PG. It will be filled till 9th December 2024 for CAT PG.
Applicants will be required to first register themselves for CUET PG and then for TISSNET 2025. Applicants will be able to submit the application form via online mode only. Before applying, students are advised to fulfill the complete eligibility criteria of the exam.
The institute also provides a correction facility to the students to correct mistakes in application form. While filling the details in application form students must upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format. Applicants will be required to submit the application fee via online or offline mode.
