WBJEE Admit Card 2025
The admit card for WBJEE 2025 will be released by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board. Candidates those filled out the application form completely and submitted successfully will be able to download the admit card.
Candidates will get exact details regarding admit cards after the announcement of the information bulletin. It is informed the candidates to keep the admit card for counseling procedure. To appear in the examination centre it will be necessary to carry a valid admit card.
Candidates will not be allowed to sit in examination hall without an admit card and during counselling process candidates must have to submit some details which will only be found on the admit card. WBJEE Hall ticket 2025 contains the exam related necessary instructions so, must check it carefully after downloading it.
WBJEE Admit Card Date 2025
Candidates will have to download the admit card in third week of April 2025. The exam will be conducted in fourth week of April 2025 through offline mode (OMR Sheet). The result will be published through online mode in fourth week of May 2025.
The counselling will be conducted after the announcement of result in May/August 2025. WBJEE 2025 Cut Off will be released at the time of publication of result. It will be decided by the board as per the result and marking scheme.

How to Download WBJEE Admit Card 2025
- Visit the website link (link will be given above).
- Open the link in the new tab.
- Click on ‘Download Admit Card for WBJEE 2025’ from notice section.
- Enter the application, password, and security pin.
- Now, click on ‘SIGN IN’ and check your admit card.
- There will also be the option of ‘Forgot Password’ and ‘Forgot Application Number’.
- Take the printout of it and keep extra printouts of it.
- Preserve the Copy of admit card till admission to the institution.
Instructions for Candidates
Go through the below pointers to know the instructions to be followed by candidates:
- Must carry the printed hard copy of the downloaded admit card to the examination centre.
- Must ensure that the admit card should not be folded/distorted/soiled in any case. Candidates with such admit card will not be allowed to enter inside the hall.
- Duplicate admit card will be provided only till the date of examination.
- If a candidate needs a duplicate admit card after the examination, the same will be provided by the Board. In order to get a duplicate admit card, the candidate will have to apply to the Board and pay a processing fee of Rs.500/- by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata.
- The centre will be provided on the basis of choice filled by the candidate, so, choose the centre as per your choice. It will not be changed at a later stage.
- Candidates from West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura will have to choose any three exam centers in order of their preferences.
- Other state candidates will have to choose any of the three centers from Kolkata/Howrah/North 24 pages in order of preference.
Instructions for Exam Day

- Must reach the examination hall 30 minutes before the examination.
- Must be aware of your exam centre location in order to avoid any inconvenience on the day of exam.
- Carry one of the document on exam day:
- Hard copy of WBJEE 2025 admit card
- A coloured photograph uploaded during the application form
- One of the original Photo ID card such as Aadhar card/ PAN card/ Passport/ 10th class admit card/ School ID card.
- Must take your seats before 15 minutes of starting of examination.
- Do not bring any electronic gadgets or study materials into the exam room.
- Put your signature on the top of the question booklet in the provided space.
