It is conducted by the AIIMS, New Delhi twice in a year. It is conducted twice in the month of January and another in July. AIIMS offers postgraduate medical courses in M.D /M.S/ M.D.S (6 years)/ D.M/ M.CH (3 years). Through this entrance exam, candidates get admission in affiliated institutions. For July session, results for admission through INI SS 2025 will be checked in May 2025. Candidates appearing for January session will be able to check their result in the first week of November 2024 for INI SS (DM/ M.Ch admission).

The authority will not provide any notification regarding the result by telephone or by post to any other candidate. Candidates will be able to check their percentile individually for applied courses. The results will be prepared on the basis of the number of seats available in the AIIMS affiliated institutions.

AIIMS PG result will be accessed through online mode only. A separate merit list will be prepared based on the percentile scores. It will be prepared overall and category-wise.

AIIMS PG Result 2025 Dates

The result for January session will be announced in the second week of November 2024 for MD/ MS admission through INI CET. The AIIMS PG result will be announced via online mode. For July session, it will be declared in May 2025. 

For DM/ M.Ch admission (Jan session), the result will be announced in the fourth week of October 2024. The results will be checked by the candidate’s user Id and password. It will be necessary to obtain the minimum of 50% irrespective of their category. 

AIIMS 2025 Rank List

The AIIMS PG exam conducting authority prepares a separate category-wise rank list. After the successful completion of the written test, candidates can check their rank.

On the basis of rank obtained by the candidate, admission to various PG medical courses are offered. The rank is published merit-wise & not roll number-wise.

AIIMS PG 2025 Cut Off is released by the authority through online mode. It is released after the declaration of written exam results. Candidates can check the cut-off according to their category.

• Click on “Click here” link.
• The result appears on your computer screen in a pdf format.
• Check your roll number.
• Take at least two or three printouts of the result of the counselling and admission procedure.

AIIMS PG Counselling 2025

AIIMS PG 2025 Counselling for 3 year courses (July session) will begin in May 2025. The Counselling will be strictly based on the entrance examination score. Candidates will be called for the counselling on the basis of combined merit list starting from Rank 1.

AIIMS PG counselling will be divided into four sections. It will be conducted as first counselling, second counselling, open counselling, and spot counselling.

On the day of counselling candidates will need to bring one photocopy of the registration slip along with required original documents. AIIMS releases the AIIMS PG rank list merit-wise, not roll number-wise.

AIMS PG 2025 Admission

The admission to the candidates who appear in the entrance exam will be provided on the fulfilment of all eligibility criteria. Candidates must also have their qualifying degree with 3 years requisite tenure.

After counselling, the waiting list will be prepared on the basis of 50% of the available seats in the respective category and subject. No candidate will be allowed to take admission after the prescribed last date.
