MP PPT 2025 Counselling
The authority will start the MP PPT counselling 2025 after the declaration of result, in month of June 2025. Candidates should know that 95% seats will be reserved for candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh and 5% seats will be reserved for other state candidates.
The authority will prepare a merit list according to the marks secured in the examination. Admissions will be strictly based on the MP PPT merit list. The counselling will be organised through online mode in several rounds.
MP PPT 2025 Counselling process will be organised in various stages i.e. registration, choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment. Students are suggested to select as many choices as they want. Those who qualified all these rounds will be offered seats in Government and private polytechnic institutes.

MP PPT Counselling Process
The counselling process will be divided into various steps which are mentioned below:
Registration:
To participate in the counselling process, candidates will have to register themselves on the website. For different round counselling fee, candidates must check the information brochure. Candidates who will register in the first counselling will not be required to register again for counselling.
Choice Filling:
Registered candidates will also have to fill the choices of courses colleges for admission in order of preferences. Students will be allowed to fill a minimum of 25 and maximum all the choices for admission.
Candidates are suggested to fill maximum choices at the time of choice filling. Candidates will also be required to deposit the requisite fee for participation in counselling via online or kiosk portal.
Allotment:
The seat allotment of MP PPT 2025 will be done as per the details given by the candidates at the time of registration. Seats in various polytechnic institutions will be allotted as per the rank & choices filled by students.
Verification & Reporting to the Colleges:
Candidates who will be allotted seats must appear at the allotted institution for document verification & further admission process.
Upgradation:
Candidates who will be looking for up gradation will be able to update their choice through the website. A seat allotment letter will be sent on the registered ID through SMS or Email to such candidates. If the candidates will not be allotted any seats they will be redirected to the upgradation round.

No, seat allocation will be in the order of preference. If a seat is allocated in the 1st Round, the subsequent seat allocation will be from the higher choices only.
