Himalayan Institute of Pharmacy & Research, established in the year 2006 under the auspices of Azad Educational Society. HIPR is situated at Rajawala Selaqui, Dehradun Uttarakhand. The institute is committed to impart quality education and training to the student. The HIPR is approved by AICTE & PCI, and affiliated with the HNB Central University & Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). The HIPR offered courses in Undergraduate & Postgraduate level in the field of Agriculture & Life Sciences, Management and Pharmacy.

AICTE/MHRD, Govt. of India sponsored summer/winter schools & communication enhancement workshops are part of such efforts. The top companies visited in the campus for recruitment process are Cadila pharmaceutical Ltd., Glenmark, Ranbaxy, INTAS, Johnsons & Johnsons, Cipla and many other companies.
