Lingaya’s University, Faridabad
Lingaya’s University (LU) erstwhile, Lingaya’s Institute of Management & Technology was established in the year 1998 as a private institution was affiliated to the MDU, Rohtak. The college has granted the University Status by the UGC in the year 2009 and authorized to award the degrees. The LU is recognized by the MHRD and UGC, Government of India. The programmes offering by the LU are approved by the AICTE.
Campus:
The LU campus is sited on the Nachauli – Jasana Road in Old Faridabad, on the outskirt of the City Faridabad, the district of Haryana. The campus is placed over in 26.5 acres of land beside the river Yamuna. The campus is 10 km away from the Faridabad Railway Station.
Programmes:

The LU campus is housed in the Admin block, academic block, workshops, Library (NPTEL), laboratories, seminar hall, student activity centre, auditorium, gymnasium, playground and hostel for boys and girls separately.
Activities:
The LU conducts the non-academic activities to promote the students and organizes the cultural and social activities. The LU celebrated the “Zest”, the annual cultural festival, fresher day, Vinayak Chaviti and convocation programme.
