Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Nawada came into existence in the year of 1988. The college is affiliated to the Mahadh University, Bodh Gaya. The law courses are recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The college is approved by the Government of Bihar.

Campus

The campus is located on National Highway – 31, Kenuda, Akouna Bazer, Nawada district.  The college campus is spread over 5.26 acres of land. The college is situated hardly 2 kms away from the Direct Court of Nawada.

Facilities

The college has a well-stocked independent library with a huge collection of books, law reports, national & international journals such as AIR, SCC, All England Reporter, etc. The computer lab is well-equipped with the latest model of computer, software’s & internet facility. The college also offers the facility of common room, playground, canteen, clinic, enquiry counter, examination department, etc. The classrooms are well-established with the facility of LCD Projector.

Programmes

Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Nawada offers three & five years of undergraduate courses in the field of Law i.e. bachelor of Law (LLB). There are 300 seats available for three years law course & 360 seats for five years law course.

Law Courses:

• LLB – 3 years
• BA.LLB – 5 years

Admission

Students have to complete their bachelor’s degree examination in 10+ 2 + 3 pattern, they will get admission into three years LLB course. They have to secure at least 40% marks in case of reserved category & 45% marks in case of the General category. Those students seek admission into five years LLB course, they have to pass 10+2 examination. The admission will be based on as per university norms.
