Rayat College of Law, Punjab

Rayat College of Law (RCL), Punjab was set up in the year of 2004. The college is affiliated to the Panjab University, Chandigarh and approved by the Bar Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi. It is an integral part of Rayat & Bahra Group of Institutes.

Campus

The college is situated on Rayat Technological Campus, Railmajra, Near Ropar, Nawanshahr, Punjab. The college campus is spread over 300 acres of land in the scenic background of the Shivalik Hills. The college is well-linked with the air, road & railway transport facilities.

Facilities

The college provides facilities such as canteen & mess, sports playground & medical care centre. There is a separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The college has a well-established library with a rich collection of books, periodicals, reports & SSC Online facility. The computer centers are well-connected with the 24 hours internet facility. The classrooms are well-equipped with modern teaching and training aids. Other facilities are: moot court rooms, legal aid room, security, transport, Bank, ATM, Gymnasium, etc.

Programmes

Rayat College of Law, Punjab runs two law courses, i.e. Bachelor of Arts & Law (BA LLB) & Bachelor of Commerce & Law (B.Com LLB). It is 5 year integrated law courses. There are 60 seats available for B.Com LLB & 120 Seats available for BA LLB. Those candidates want admission in BA LLB Course, they have to complete their 10+2 with any stream. For admission in B.Com LLB Course, candidates have to qualify their 10+2 with Commerce stream.
