Global Institute of Technology and Management, Gurgaon

Global Institute of Technology and Management (GITM) was started in the year 2008 as a private and self-financing institution. The GITM is affiliated to the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. The GITM campus is approved by the AICTE, DTE, MHRD and State Government of Haryana.

Campus:

The GITM campus is situated on the Farrukh Nagar – Haily Mandi Road in Village Kheda khurampur in Gurgaon, the district of Haryana. The campus is 5 km away from the Farrukh Nagar. The GITM campus is spread over in 20 acres of land and placed in the Delhi-NCR.

Programmes:

The GITM is offering the graduate and post-graduate programmes in the field of engineering & technology and management. The campus offers the 7 B.Tech degree courses (lateral entry is offered in six disciplines), two M.Tech degree courses, an MBA and a BBA course.

Students & Faculty:

The Global Institute of Technology & Management is offering the 984 seats in all programmes as the annual intake capacity of the students. The campus has 81 faculty members in both, engineering and management departments and around 30% of the faculty members are the PhD holders.

Facilities:

The GITM is providing the scholarship, Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) and education loan facility to the meritorious students. The GITM campus is spanned in the academic blocks, conference hall, admin block, laboratories, workshop, library, CRC and classrooms.

Activities:

Beyond the education, the GITM is conducting the various club activities and organizing the fresher party, annual function, farewell party, Alumni Meets, techno-festival, rangoli, debates, and modelling competition.

Placement:

The GITM has developed a Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR). Apart from the job placement in various industries, the CCR is committed to develop the entrepreneurship among the students.
