The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University (TNMGRMU), Chennai

The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University (TNMGRMU) is the government medical University situated in Tamil Nadu and was established in the year 1987. It is the public University affiliated to the Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi. The University is named after Dr. M.G.Ramachandran (M.G.R.), the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

Campus

The college has its campus in southern part of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It is situated in Guindy that is located near to Chennai. The campus is about 12 kms far from the Chennai central railway station and 6 kms from the International and National Airport of Chennai.

Facilities

The college provides all exclusive facilities to the students. It has a library accommodating medical literature, Books, references and journals. The library of the college is fully automated and also provides e-learning through its e-resources. There are hostel facility for students along with mess and many other facilities.
