Dasmesh Institute of Research & Dental Sciences, (DIRDS) Faridkot was established in the year of 1992 by Dashmesh Society. The institution is recognized by the Dental Council of India and affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

Campus

The Institution campus is located at Talwandi Road, Faridkot, Punjab. The campus has a different administrative, academic and student blocks. The Institution is well-linked with the road and rail transportation. The nearest railway station is Faridkot Railway Station that is situated 3.14Km away from the DIRDS campus.

Programmes

Dasmesh Institute of Research & Dental Sciences, (DIRDS) Faridkot offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). There is approximately 400 seats will be available for this programme. 50% seats of the BDS programme are reserved for government quota seats, 35% seats for management quota seats and 15% NRI Quota Seats. The Institution also offers postgraduate research opportunities in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Conservative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Pedodontia, Periodontia, Orthodontia and Oral Medicine & Radiology for dental graduates.
