JCECE 2025 Exam Pattern
Candidates must check below details of JCECE Exam pattern:
- Exam Mode: The entrance test will be organized via offline mode.
- Type of Questions: Multiple choice type of questions will be asked in the paper.
- Number of questions: A total of 200 questions will be there in PCMB group. There will be 150 questions in PCM & PCB group.
- Language Medium: The paper will be held in English and Hindi Language.
- Time Duration: Paper for Physics and Chemistry will be 2 hours. For Biology & Mathematics papers, 1 hour time duration will be given.
- Total Marks: The paper of PCM & PCB group will be of 150 marks. PCMB group will be 200 marks.
- Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong response.
JCECE Preparation Tips 2025
Check out some tips that you can follow to boost your JCECE preparation:
- Before starting your preparation first go through the complete official syllabus of the examination.
- Note down all the topics and chapters which is new or difficult for you.
- Make a study timetable. Divide your time as per your understanding of the subject or topic.
- Collect good and trusted study material. Study material is available both in online and offline mode.
- Prepare self written notes. Notes that will be made by you are going to be more easily understandable to you at the time of revision.
- Solve previous year’s question paper and mock test. This will help you in understanding the exam pattern and format of the exam.
- Note down your weak points and topics in which you are facing issues multiple times and work on them on a priority basis.
- Complete your preparation 1/2 weeks before the exam so that you have a good amount of time to revise.
- Take care of your health and eat good nutritious food. Try to get proper sleep for 8 hours, and do not eat junk food.
- While preparing for any exam or studying it is important to take proper rest.
