St. Xaviers College, Kolkata
The St. Xaviers College was formed in the year of 1860 by a Catholic Minority Religious body, the Society of Jesus. It is an autonomous college that is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). The College offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate degrees, diplomas and certificates programmes.
Campus
The college campus is situated in Mother Teresa Sarani, Kolkata, West Bengal. The college has a state-of-art infrastructure that has two buildings that is spread over four floors. The campus has a pollution free environment that helps the students in their studies.
Facilities
There is a well-established 50 classrooms with a facilities of LCD projectors and audio-visual. The college has a Goethals library that has a rich collection of oldest periodicals, journals, and books. The college has a separate hostel facility for boys and girls. There is also a half a dozen audio-visual rooms, well-equipped laboratories, canteen, medical, sports and other facilities. The college has a three computer laboratories, each with a capability for over 70 students. The auditorium has a seating capacity for 800 peoples with a state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.

The St. Xaviers College provides Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). It also offers one year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
