Arunachal University of Studies is a state university located in Arunachal Pradesh. It was established in the year 2012 by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh under “Arunachal University of Studies”, Arunachal Pradesh Act 2012. This university is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC).

Campus

This university has a campus of total 30 acres which shall be stretched to the 100 years in next 2 years. The nearest railway station (Tinsukia Railway Station) is around 72 kms away from the campus. The nearest airport (Dibrugarh Airport) is 121 kms away from the main campus. The campus includes a multi-storied complex with academic blocks, auditoria, seminar hall etc.

This university provides hostel in-house mess facility (for boys and girls). It also offers computer lab with latest configuration, well-maintained canteen, well-stocked library (equipped with more than 10,000 books/ reference material), indoor and outdoor sports facility, first-aid medical facility, 24 hours security facility, department wise laboratory, spacious class rooms, internet facility and many more.

It has signed MOU with NIESBUD, Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Micro, Government of India for promoting entrepreneurship skills through a joint curricular & certification with placement assistance. It also has tie-ups with IIE, MSME for the promotion of skill development.
