B.Tech Admission 2016

The Himachal Pradesh Technical University conducts the admissions to the various undergraduate engineering courses in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The admission will be done through JEE Main.

Eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2016 are mentioned below:

• The applicants must have passed 12^th or its corresponding exam with 45% (mini.) marks in combined (40% for ST/SC /PH)
• The studied of Physics and Mathematics should be compulsory subjects in 12^th with Chemistry/Biology/ Biotechnology as optional subjects.
• The applicants who are appearing for their Class 12^th exams in 2016 are also qualified.
• The applicants should have eligible in the JEE Main 2016 exam.

Selection Process

The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their JEE Main 2016 rank & Class 12^th marks and the choices filled by the candidates. At last, take out the hard copy of the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted college.
