Bharat Institute of Technology, Meerut

Bharat Institute of Technology (BIT) was established in the year 2001 as a private and self-financed institution. The college is affiliated to the Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and approved by the AICTE, PCI, MHFW and MHRD, New Delhi. The college is recognized by the UP Board of Technical Education and State Government of UP.

Campus

The BIT is situated on the Partapur Bypass Road, few km off to the National Highway-58 in Meerut, the district of UP. The campus comes under the Delhi-NCR region. The college is 8 km away from the Meerut and 52 km from the New Delhi. The college is spread over a lush green area of 80 acres of land.

Students & Faculty

The BIT offers the 1026 seats for admissions as an intake capacity of students in all programmes. The college has a well experienced, well qualified and motivated to work team of faculty. The college has provided two times, 5 day’s faculty development programmes with the collaboration of Wipro Ltd.

Facilities

The college has spacious classrooms, separated hostels for boys and girls, well equipped labs & workshops, library, mess, sports court and a world class infrastructure. The college has an anti-ragging environment.

The BIT offers total 12 academic programmes as B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MCA and MBA programmes in the various fields of education. The four Bachelor programmes in engineering are NBA accredited. Some most sought courses are given here:

Placement & Activities

The college provides the job placement to the pass out students.
