Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is a private, self financed and co-educational institution of GNIT Group of Institutions. It was established in the year 2001 by Shri Ram Educational Trust. College is affiliated to UP Technical University, Lucknow. College is approved by AICTE- All India Council of Technical Education, and MHRD- Ministry of Human Recourse and Development, New Delhi. It recognized by UP Board of Technical Education, State Government of UP.

Greater Noida Institute of Technology is situated at Institutional Area as Knowledge Park Phase -II in Greater Noida. It locates in well developing NCR – National Capital Region of Delhi. Campus is just 45 km away from New Delhi railway station and 55 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
