Jharkhand is an Indian state located in eastern region of India. It shares its boundaries with Uttarpradesh, Bihar, Orissa and West Bengal. Jharkhand has 40% of the mineral resources of India. The state was originated from southern part of Bihar and was turned into the new state in the year 2000.
